PGO Cabs Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PGO Cabs website and mobile applications ("Services") provided by [PRAYAANN GO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED]. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

3. Booking and Ride Policies

• Booking: When you book a ride through PGO Cabs, you agree to pay the fare quoted at the time of booking. The fare may vary based on distance, time, and demand.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your booking at any time before the ride begins. However, a cancellation fee may apply if the cancellation is made after a driver has been dispatched.
• No-Show: If you do not show up at the pickup location without canceling, you may be charged a no-show fee.

4. Payments

• Payment Methods: You can pay for rides via cash, credit/debit card, or the PGO wallet. The total fare will be displayed to you at the end of the ride.
• Driver Earnings: Drivers receive 100% of the fare paid by the passenger, with no commission deducted by PGO Cabs.
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided except in cases of incorrect billing or other issues at PGO Cabs' discretion.

5. User Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: Users must behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.
• Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services, including traffic laws and safety requirements.

6. Driver and Vehicle Standards

• Driver Requirements: All drivers using PGO Cabs must hold a valid driver's license, appropriate vehicle insurance, and maintain their vehicles in good working order.
• Vehicle Inspections: PGO Cabs reserves the right to inspect vehicles used in its Services to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.

7. Limitation of Liability PGO Cabs strives to provide safe and reliable transportation services. However, we do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PGO Cabs disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination PGO Cabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms PGO Cabs may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rayachoti.

It is the responsibility of users and drivers to regularly review the terms for any changes. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 Liability Disclaimer:

User and Driver Responsibility: PGO Cabs and its employees are not responsible for any illegal, unethical, or wrongful activities conducted by users or drivers during or after the service. All users and drivers are expected to comply with local laws and regulations. Any violations or misconduct will be the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.

PGO Cabs holds no liability for damages, losses, or disputes arising from such activities.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy for PGO Cabs

Cancellation Fee: At PGO Cabs, we strive to provide efficient and timely service. However, if a user cancels a trip after the driver has accepted the booking, a cancellation fee will be applied to cover the driver's time and effort.

Fee Structure: A 20% cancellation fee of the trip fare or up to ₹75, whichever is higher, will be charged when a user cancels a trip after the driver has accepted it.

Refund Process: Refunds will only be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be credited back to the user’s account or original payment method, depending on the mode of payment.

Please note that cancellation policies may vary slightly based on the service provider, but this general policy will apply across PGO Cabs' services to ensure fairness to our drivers and users.
